My name is Elisa Davis, my husband’s name is Chase, and we have two daughters: Isabelle and Chloe. I joined Orange Tree Christian Preschool with over 20 years of experience working with children in all aspects of life. Growing up I travelled to orphanages with my family as volunteers to support youth in Mexico. As a teenager, I volunteered to work with orphans in Hungary and locally with youth in sports and soup kitchens. My first official job was an Assistant Preschool Teacher, which supported my decision to achieve my A.S. degree in Early Childhood Education with a Preschool Teacher Certificate. Next, I completed my B.S. degree in Psychology, which drew me to work with children and adults with behavioral, cognitive, and physical delays or disabilities, as a Behavioral Therapist. I received my Registered Behavioral Therapist Certificate and continued my education by getting my M.S. degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis with over 1500s hours of supervision to become a Case Manager. My time as a CM I trained Behavior Therapists, Parent Trainers and parents or caregivers. I am currently working towards completing my Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst Certificate, as well as training under Leslie Lucy as the Regional Director in Training.
