This Fall we are so excited to launch our Outdoor Learning experience! Outdoor learning environments are a great way for children to learn self-regulation and improve overall academic success. The positive social impact of more time spent outdoors for our future leaders of Orange County will result in improvements in mental health, physical health, academic outcomes and more. Give your child the school experience that sets them up for success.

Our method for teaching at Orange Tree Christian, is based on the science of developing neural pathway in the areas of mind, body, spirit, and community. Through academic development, physical activity, an understanding of God, and an awareness of self and others our students graduate from our program with a well-rounded foundation that lasts a lifetime.

We understand that each child has a unique way of learning. That’s why we teach to all the learning styles and offer a variety of different programs to further support our developmental goals. Each program brings an additional level of unique style to our preschool program.

As our world continues to change and develop so does Orange Tree. It is important that we meet the needs of our community so we can continue to provide the tools necessary for growth and development. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit we developed Live Preschool Online, designed for those who are a home. We also kept our doors open and continued to offer preschool for parents and first responders who still had to work, and to also provide that social environment for children who need social interaction. Now, we are continuing to meet the needs of our community as we develop an outdoor learning environment, a place designed for 5-year-olds to continue their journey in learning and developing.

It takes a village to grow fruitful kids, and our goal is to be a partner to parents. We work closely with our Orange Tree parents to guide their child’s growth and development, and to support their learning beyond the classroom.

We are fortunate in that we have always provided an exceptionally clean environment for the children. Washing hands and wiping down surfaces is a part of our existing protocol. Taking temperatures and reducing our class sizes from 12 to 10 has been a simple adjustment that we are happy to make to keep kids well.
