Miss Duarte

Hi, my name is Aimee Duarte and I’m very happy to be joining the Orange Tree family! I recently graduated at Cal State Long Beach this spring of 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies and a concentration in Human and Child Development. Teaching and working with children has been a passion of mine since I was really young, so I’m blessed to have found a community where I can kick start my career around loving staff, parents, and students. I have been in the classrooms as an aide, tutor, mentor, and observer since 2015, so that’s taught me a lot of patience. It’s also given me a lot of experience with children at all different developmental and academic stages which ensures me that this will be a perfect fit for me and a great school year!
